ELIGIBILITY:
All Medicaid recipients.
COVERED SERVICES:
Clinic services including evaluations and assessments, treatment, and counseling services. Medication management and injections are also covered.
Rehabilitation Services

ELIGIBILITY:
Medicaid recipients who meet the eligibility requirements for the program.
