LSU has operated the clinic in the Physician Office Building on the new Woman's campus since September 2012; and this location will not change. The agreement will support graduate medical education for LSU residency programs and improve patient access to quality health care services.</description>

      <title>Louisiana receives federal funding for permanent housing and services to low-income people who have disabilities</title>

      <description>The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) have awarded Louisiana funding for rental assistance to help extremely low-income people who have disabilities find affordable housing in their communities.  This opportunity, provided through HUD, is a result of the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (PRA Demo).  PRA Demo assists people with disabilities who earn less than 30 percent of the median income in their parish of residence and require long-term services and supports to live in their community as independently as possible.</description>
