The Department of Health & Hospitals has scheduled a series of daily provider conference calls to address provider questions about the implementation of BAYOU HEALTH. The calls will be held Monday through Friday from noon until 1 p.m. and are open to all provider types. Registration is not required. The calls, which will be on a first come, first served basis, will continue for the foreseeable future. There will be a call on Tuesday, February 21.
Medicaid staff directly involved in the development of BAYOU HEALTH will be on the call to answer your questions. A brief introduction and update of the implementation will be provided by Medicaid staff, but the bulk of the conference call will be devoted to provider questions and answers.
