FTC is a 40 bed Chemical Dependency inpatient treatment facility for males only located on the grounds of Southeast Louisiana State Hospital.

Services include:

• Group counseling
• Individual counseling
• Family counseling
• Family education
• Urine screening
• AA/NA meetings
• 12 step work
• Relapse prevention
• Referral to outpatient treatment or halfway house at discharge

Admission Criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with primary chemical dependency diagnosis
• Free of mood altering chemicals - detoxed
• Referrals should come through the state outpatient clinics or appropriate social / medical detoxification facility.
