It is the belief of Delta Recovery, that access to community based outpatient treatment should be available to clients who require substance abuse services upon demand. Delta Recovery will provide outpatient substance abuse treatment services as required without the utilization of waiting lists.
Services Provided:
Delta Recovery operates a licensed outpatient substance abuse clinic at 404 East Craig Street, Tallulah, LA. The clinic serves Madison, Tensas and East Carroll Parishes primarily. Delta Recovery utilizes the Minnesota Model of recovery and will utilize the 12-step principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon in providing outpatient treatment services.
Their services include assessment, to determine appropriate level of care and type of treatment recommended. Referrals are completed by the assigned counselor, utilizing state funded facilities and/or private programs when appropriate.
Hours of Operation:
The clinic hours of operation are from 8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and on Wednesdays from 8:00 A.M. until 6:30 P.M. State holidays are observed.

Tallulah Office: Turn right at Tallulah. Turn left onto 65 North. Go straight through two red lights. At second block, turn left once onto East Craig Street. We are the second white brick building on the right. Our physical address is 404 East Craig Street.
Newellton Office: Turn left at red light off 65 South onto Verona Street. Go straight. Turn left at red light downtown onto Main Street. Intersection 605-887 Small utility building on right -- Delta Recovery Center.
Lake Providence Office: Turn off 65 North onto Sparrow Street. Pass through first red light. Turn left at Police Department onto First Street. Cross over 2 blocks, turn left at second block onto First Street. Courthouse building is on the corner. The second building is Delta Recovery Center. The physical address is 400 First Street.
