Assessments/Evaluations for chemical abuse or addiction (this includes obtaining urine specimen for analysis and obtaining breath test also). Counseling includes individual group, and family (involving education and problem solving groups). Intensive involvement with these groups is available. Medical services include: physical examinations, HIV & TB testing (accompanying bloodwork) and some evaluation for Antabuse therapy. Also, referrals are made to detoxification and inpatient programs. We provide services to both adults and adolescents--both males and females.
Hours of Operation:
Our office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday but we are open until 6:30pm on Tuesdays and 7:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for Groups.

Approaching Thibodaux from the North Via Hwy 1: Take a right on Hickory Street which is located one block past Tiger Drive and the traffic light. Clinic is located about two blocks on left just past car wash--name is on front of brick structure with street number.
Approaching the clinic from the South: Follow Hwy 1 while skirting downtown, to Hickory street which will be located approximately four blocks from Ridgefield Road. The clinic, again, will be about two blocks on the left.
