Methodologies are described for the following major management areas:
Staffing — In this area, the staff organizational structure is described, along with the balance of skill sets that were prioritized by the program. Emphasis is placed on the usage of local resources in order to ensure a culturally competent entrance into the communities.
Operations and Quality Assurance — In this area, management and monitoring tools that gave the program's direction of service delivery are described. Partnerships that informed the quality assurance process are also highlighted, as well as technological innovations that helped with the program’s ongoing needs assessment efforts.
